Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

All COVID19 measures and safety protocols must be met. Masks are required upon entrance. The venue is thoroughly cleaned between each event.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Thank you for considering our venue for your upcoming event. Our venue is a 4000 sq. ft. brand new event space with a mezzanine and features the following: - A new top-of-the-line sound system including brand new turntables, mixers, speakers, surround sound throughout. - The downstairs bar is 35 ft long concrete-top bar with 'floating' shelving. And the upstairs mezzanine has a private 16ft long fully equipped bar. - The mezzanine with its unique and rustic design has wood flooring throughout and can be accessed in two separate ways. - Various VIP booth seating on both floors including two medium size sections with velvet wall panels in the main floor. - The main floor has a large dancefloor and the mezzanine provides a smaller yet decent size dancefloor area as well. - We also have coat check room so make sure you dress warm on those cold nights; we have plenty of room for your coats. - (Cocktail tables, chairs, stage etc. are available upon request). The venue is ideal for corporate events of any size, holiday parties, weddings, private events, photo/video shoots, or to simply rent the mezzanine during one of our in-house events. The entire venue can be rented out and rates vary based on what day of the week and time. The mezzanine space can also be rented out separately (either on a weekday or a weekend - rates vary).
