Our space is a blank canvas that will allow you to easily bring your creative vision to life. It's great for micro-events with small gatherings such as baby showers, pop-up shops, meetings, and more! It's an elegant loft-style storefront located inside Art Square with a parking lot directly in front of our space. There is a restroom for both men and women just about 15-20 steps away from our door. The location is easily accessible from the I-15 off the Charleston exit in The Arts District, just minutes from the Vegas Strip and Downtown Vegas. We're located in an active area with a bar just across our courtyard that is lively at times, mainly on nights and weekends. There is also a restaurant across the street and multiple restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance. Depending on your layout, there is seating for up to 40 or standing room for up to 50. Your rental comes with all the necessary amenities you could hope for that are listed below at no extra cost. • Free Wi-fi • Free parking • Tripod laptop stand • 40 Black folding chairs • Eight 30" black bar stools • Air-conditioning/heating • Four 31"x 43" cocktail tables • Six rectangular 6ft folding tables • Bluetooth speaker for background music • 70" TV with HDMI input to connect your laptop, and a soundbar for quality audio Rental rates are as follows: • Friday - Sunday is $100 per hour if booking five hours or more, or $150 per hour with a two-hour minimum *some restrictions apply. • Monday - Thursday is $100 per hour with a two-hour minimum. • Full day buyouts are $1,000 from 8 AM - 10 PM. • After hours rates are $150 per hour from 10 PM - 12 AM. • Holiday rentals are billed at $150 per hour and require a five-hour minimum or a full-day buyout for $1,500. Any additional time added after you initially book is billed at $150 per hour from 8 AM - 10 PM, or $200 per hour from 10 PM - 12 AM. *Please note that setup and breakdown time should be included in your start/end time when booking. Your rental begins at your confirmed booking time, and not the time that you arrive. If you have not arrived 30 minutes past your rental start time, and have not communicated regarding your late arrival, you will automatically forfeit your rental time slot and not be credited toward a future rental.

The space was gorgeous and was just enough room for my baby shower. The items provided were in good condition and easy to use/setup. The venue was very warm like the ac never came on or cooled the place entirely. so I’d recommend a portable fan. It also started to rain and water poured through one of the windows so I’d check the weather before booking an event. If I knew it was due to rain I more than likely would’ve picked a different day. Overall I was satisfied with my event and thought I got a good deal for the price.

This space was very easy to book and Mike was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had. I booked a few clients here for photo sessions & the natural lighting was perfect for what we needed. The space is very clean with little distractions, the AC worked perfectly (which is huge in Vegas) and the location is central to everything.

This is the perfect space if you have your own vision and crew!!! I had been searching for a place to host my baby shower and I wasn’t having much luck. Many other venues I considered would have cost thousands and had catering minimums out of my budget. This space is an open layout with great natural lighting and the host offers tables, chairs, speakers, A TV, and a soundbar per your request. You cannot beat the price point here! Super affordable for what you get. The booking method is extremely organized and Mike was always quick to followup or respond. The venue was spacious enough to accommodate my 50 guests comfortably. We grouped the 6 tables provided in sets of 2 horizontally and had plenty of space to set up food tables and a decent space to run the babyshower games. We also used the 4 cocktail tables provided for the dessert bar and still had space for a photo backdrop! If you needed more space, you could even inquire about the availability of the venue next door since the host also rents it out. The bathrooms are private since a key is needed to enter and they are clean and well kept. Parking is very convenient and free as well! Most of my guests had no issues finding parking even with it being a moderately busy day for this area. My babyshower took place on a Sunday so the bar next door was having their infamous drag brunch, which was very fun and entertaining to catch a glimpse of. Even with the brunch next to us there were no noise disturbances from inside of the venue. Something to note is that you are responsible for cleaning the space afterwards. The host was kind enough to provide a broom/dustpan already, but I recommend to bring along things that would make cleanup a breeze like 30 gallon trash bags and some Clorox wipes and a designated cleanup crew. Instructions are provided to you every step of the way. When our time was up, I received a text on how to properly lock up and we were done. Overall, I’d highly recommend this venue and I’m pleased with my booking.
