Free parking in the parking lot in front of our space, as well as street parking.

Please read carefully and ensure you understand these rules. Capacity limits are as follows: Photo/video shoots - No more than 10 people at one time. Meetings - No more than 50 people at one time. Micro-events - No more than 50 people at one time. Wedding receptions are limited to 30 guests. Your rental time includes your setup and break downtime. For example, if you book from 2 PM - 6 PM, you may enter the space at 2 PM to start setting up and must be cleaned up and out of the space at 6 PM. To be clear, if your rental is over at 6 PM, this does not mean your event can end at 6 PM; you would need to be completely cleared out by 6 PM. If you are not cleared out of the room by your agreed-upon end time, your credit card will be charged a minimum of $75 for every 30 minutes. We do not allow early entry for set up or late exit without additional fees. It's also important to note that you may not be able to add time to your booking on the day of the event. All events must end no later than 11 PM for a 12 AM exit. You do NOT have access to any storage in the space. So any unused items that you request from us for your rental will be left in the room during our event. Therefore, we recommend only requesting items you're sure to use. We do not charge a cleaning fee upfront. Therefore, you must leave the space as clean as it was when you arrived, or you will be charged a minimum of a $100 cleaning fee after your event. For example, if you or a guest breaks any glass or spills anything on the wall or floor, it is your responsibility to clean it up. Your rental is limited to the inside of our space only. Nothing can be set up in our building hallway or courtyard. We cannot have large groups gathering outside in front of our space or the courtyard. Parking at our location is free. However, please be advised that parking spaces in our parking lot, as well as street parking, are more limited from Friday through Sunday. There is no kitchen on site. We do not allow food/taco trucks. We also do not let vendors cook inside or outside the space. You are permitted to hire a licensed outside caterer should you choose to have prepared food delivered. Our space is solely available for use for unique private invite-only events, such as baby showers, meetings, or similar unique events. Public events are not allowed unless properly permitted by the City for a public event. Our address should not be posted online or on social media for the general public to attend unless properly permitted by the City for a public event. If your event requires approval from the city, you are responsible for any licenses or permits required to host your event, including their fees. We will require you to submit a copy of each approved license to us before allowing you into the space. You agree that we will not be held liable for your event being shut down if you do not have proper licensing of any kind. Furthermore, you will not be issued a refund. No outside alcohol is permitted. All alcohol must be purchased and served by one of our recommended licensed and insured alcohol caterers. It is also imperative to note that we currently only allow Beer, Wine, and Coolers for consumption during private events within our spaces. No liquor can be served or consumed during events at our location. We have building security and cameras in place for safety and rental compliance purposes. If it is determined that alcohol is being consumed without having a licensed and insured alcohol caterer with an approved city permit, or rental guidelines are not being followed, your event will immediately be shut down by Suite 150, our building management, and/or legal Las Vegas city authorities. Please note that you will NOT be issued a refund if your event is canceled due to the actions of you or your guests. Your booking is for the space only. We provide things such as tables and chairs at no additional charge; however, setup and breakdown are solely your responsibility. We ask that you bring the things you may need, such as; a cooler for ice, extra trash bags, paper towels, table covers, etc. Our space is strictly NON-SMOKING, including vape pens and e-cigarettes. We also have a strict policy of no smoking or distributing of marijuana on the premises. No cannabis can be stored, sold, or consumed on the premises. You will be left with a key to the restroom, which is the same key for men and women. There is a $50 replacement key fee if this is not left in the space when you leave. The key is located near the A/C thermostat, and the restroom is located down the hall to the left of the art vending machine. It is your responsibility to ensure the lights are off and both doors are locked when you leave. To ensure both doors are secure, lock the main door facing the parking lot from the inside first. Then exit through the interior door that has the keypad door handle. Be sure to check that both doors are locked before leaving. If you leave the doors open when leaving, and our property is damaged or stolen, as a result, you will be held liable for the repair or replacement costs. Our interior hallway door with the keypad will automatically unlock and lock at the time of your agreed-upon rental time. For example, if you booked the space from 10 AM - 1 PM, the door will automatically unlock for you to enter at 10 AM and lock at 1 PM. You are responsible for any damage caused to our space, building, or neighboring businesses by you or your guests. For decorating the space, you can only use scotch tape. The use of confetti, glitter, or command adhesive strips is not permitted. Additionally, drilling screws, or hammering nails into the walls is strictly prohibited. You will be charged a $100 clean-up fee if any confetti or glitter is left behind after your event. No live bands or DJs are allowed. Also, the usage of loud DJ speakers is not permitted. You are welcome to use our in-house premium Bluetooth speaker. Our spaces have a minimum amount of acoustic panels, resulting in a high level of reverberation and echo. No candles with live flames. There are two big trash bins in the parking lot just outside of our space and to the left where you can dump your trash. You will be charged a $100 cleaning fee if there is any trash or other items left in the space aside from the items we left for you. If you owe any funds for incidentals such as damages, cleaning fees, etc., and do not submit payment within 24 hours, we reserve the right to pursue legal action against you, including but not limited to reimbursement for legal and damage fees. **Separate event insurance is required for events and is to be purchased by the renter before your event, or you will not be allowed to enter the space.
