Benvenuto a “The Setaro House”
This has been our family home for the past 100 years and we are excited to be sharing it with you. We have some things to tell you to ensure your stay is as efficient as possible while also protecting this historical site:
Wifi Network: ItalianVilla
Wifi Password: Setar0137
Some of the items in the house are original family heirlooms or photographs. Please be respectful of their fragility and historical value by not touching or moving them around excessively.
There is one parking space provided in the driveway for your side. All guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations on the street, and we ask that you show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
No smoking inside the house. Cigarette/Cigar butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property. Also this is a shared backyard so please be mindful of other guests using the space that may not want to smell your smoke.
No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the common areas of the house.
No parties or events unless otherwise approved by the host ahead of time. Having unregistered visitors is fine but please keep it to a reasonable size. The maximum capacity of overnight guests is 12 people so you should be able to use your best judgement as to what this means.
Quiet time after 12 a.m. This is an old house and the walls are thin so please be considerate that others may be trying to sleep. We also have neighbors very close on all sides who live here year round and do have to go to work.
Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin and recyclables in the recycling bin.
Do not flush paper towels or feminine hygiene products down the toilet. The plumbing is old and can very easily get clogged. Any stoppages found to be the result of a guest violating this rule will be charged for the service to fix it.
Keep a close eye on children in the front yard as this can be a busy street during certain hours.
No pets allowed.
There is a wood burning firepit in the backyard but we do not supply wood. If you make a fire please ensure it is completely extinguished before going to bed or leaving, by pouring water on all embers. Due to the close proximity of vegetation and other buildings, keep fires to a moderate size.
There is a charcoal grill provided as a shared amenity. Please be respectful of any other guests that may want to use it.
You are welcome to use any of the outdoor games. We just ask that you put them back under the awning when you are done with them.
Extra towels are located in the bathroom & extra paper goods are located in the kitchen.

If you’re going to use a blow dryer, hair straightener, iron etc, please make sure the air conditioner is off in that room.
