About the Space
Beautiful loft literally capable of anything, music videos, photo shoots, workshops. High ceilings and Rooftop access as well! All furniture is movable in this Artist Loft. Except for Mama FeFes thrown, she stays. The yellow sofa is clearly the hot spot in this space! We also have freight access as well should you need to carry any equipment up.

Lighting description
Best Day light is at 10am-2pmdue to daylight savings time. Lighting can be a bit dim anytime after 345pm so I’d recommend lighting for anytime after.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The community is full of other creatives so music is sure to be played on weekends. The loft is not sound proof.

This building is a 3 floor walk up unless you are shooting during the week between 9am-4pm, there is freight access available

Sewing Studio space is spacious and available for hair and make-up prep.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
All loft rooms are off limits at the moment. Only bottom floor of loft is available for booking.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
No smoking inside but feel free to light up any incense or candles. Music is okay but after 12pm just to be kind to our neighbors who work remote
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
All furniture can be moved excluding the throne. Mama Josephine stays in place between the two stair cases.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We are very cautious here at the Heauxm loft ! Your safety is our top priority. I will provide sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and extra masks just in case.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

No, I would not book again.
The host was nice and accommodating. The apartment is a bit musty and the lights are very dim. The cat smell is a bit much. The plants are dead and the decor and space is not as appealing in person.
