About the Space
The Lux includes two floors just for you. The first level is a 3br apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom and living room perfect for small gatherings. The second floor is a 2br apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom and living room. It also has a massive backyard with plenty of seating and tables for gatherings and small events.

General Rules
- No smoking in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- Clean after yourself
- Do not lay down in the bedrooms unless you booked to stay the night
- Do not use the towels located on top of the beds unless you booked to stay the night
- Do not play loud music after 10pm of weekdays and 11pm on weekends
- Do not tamper with outdoor security cameras
- If the kitchen appliances are used, make sure they are cleaned before you leave

Security cameras located around the outside of the home such as the backyard and back entrance. No cameras inside property to respect the guests' privacy. No recording devices.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
A professional cleaning team comes between bookings to sanitize the whole place. They wear face masks and gloves to sanitize with the necessary cleaning items to make sure the place is ready for the next guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
