PINK ROOM FILMING/VIDEO, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION -- Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success. Please include the following: Children UNDER 13 Years Old must be approved prior to booking. **Number of guests should be 100% accurate. For any additional guest after booking has been made, please contact for approval. If you bring more attendees without approval which puts you in a different pricing tier you will be charged the higher hourly rate times x2.** **If you go over the studio’s maximum capacity, which is 8 attendees, you will be charged $250** * Desired date(s) * Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down * Equipment & lighting specs * Large shoots must start packing up at the end 15-20 min prior to end time. * Only trained pets allowed with a Pet fee. * NO SHOE'S ARE ALLOWED (Booties are OK! The talent can wear shoes for the shoot but the crew must have shoes off or covered!) This studio is a NO SHOE Policy studio. Only the talent may wear shoes for the shoot. If shoes are worn by non-talent in the studio you are subject to a $250 Shoe charge. •Do not drag any of the furniture. Please pick the furniture up when moving. Dragging the furniture can damage either the furniture or the carpeting - $250 *No furniture from the studio is allowed to be placed outside - $250 •DO NOT STAND ON THE FURNITURE. This can damage/ruin the material - $250 charge. *NO Parties •NO FOOD is allowed in the space - $250 *NO DRINKS/COFFEE are allowed in the space (Closed water bottles are an exception) - $250 * NO SMOKING/VAPING/CIGARETTES/CANNABIS/E-CIGARETTE/TOBACCO - $250 charge *NO NAIL POLISH OR APPLYING NAILS WITH GLUE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO - $250 *NO TYPE OF GLUE CAN BE USED IN THE STUDIO - $250 *DO NOT TURN OFF/UNPLUG THE NEON SIGNS - $200 charge *NO MOUNTING OF THE HORSE - $200 charged if mounted. * No Pets unless approved with add on ($200 for any kind of pet/animal/reptile) (a $250 cleaning fee will be applied if this rule is broken and renter will be subject to pay for any additional cleaning fees or damages.) * NO GLITTER/ CONFETTI/ FAKE BLOOD/LIT CANDLES - $250 charge *NO fog/haze machine or pocket fog machine per property management - $250 *NO LOOSE FEATHERS ALLOWED. NO OPEN PILLOWS ALLOWED TO BE USED FOR FAKE PILLOW FIGHTS CAUSING FEATHERS TO EXPLODE ALL OVER THE ROOM. WE DO NOT ALLOW PILLOW FIGHTS AT ALL - $250 * NO PAINT/BODY PAINT what so ever! - $250 charge *NO PORNOGRAPHY OF ANY KIND - This Includes (No Masturbation or use of Sexual Toys) You will not be warned and shut down and a $250 charge. *ABSOLUTELY NO BABY OIL OR BODY OIL IS ALLOWED! (It seeps into the wallpaper and stains furniture- if there is oil used you will be asked to leave) - $250 charge **DO NOT TAKE THE ROSES APART OR UNTIE THE RIBBON ON THE ROSES. IT WILL NOT COME UNDONE. IF ROSES ARE TAKEN APART OR RIBBON IS DAMAGED THERE WILL BE A $50 CHARGE** *Models cannot pose on the wall/wallpaper with their bodies or place their shoes on the wall/wallpaper when they pose. This can cause damage to the wallpaper - $250 charge. **NO TAPING/HANGING ANYTHING TO THE WALLPAPER - $250 charge **NO LEANING/PULLING ON THE FLOWERS IN THE TELEPHONE BOOTH (You will be charged for flower replacement) **NO JUMPING ON THE BED **NO FURNITURE IN THE FUR ROOM IS ALLOWED TO BE MOVED EXCEPT THE FULL LENGTH MIRROR * NO BRINGING OUTSIDE FURNITURE * No water activites * No Alcohol --especially RED WINE (our floors/rugs are porous and will absorb colored liquids)- $250 fee * No filming or keeping equipment outside of the studio space in the common areas such as the hallways, bathroom, stairwell etc. (Overtime is subject to 1.5 times the hourly rate extra charge if you do not notify the host 30 minutes prior to the end of your booking. We enforce overtime strictly and overtime starts the minute your time is up and is charged by 30 min intervals.) **WE HAVE A RESCHEDULING FEE FOR ALL RESCHEDULED SHOOTS** NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time. NEST CAM RECORDING: by agreeing to this booking you also acknowledge our 24 surveillance camera will be recording during your whole booking time. IF CAMERA/WIFI or Nest Connect is unplugged you will be charged a $200/fee* * If the circuit breaker is tripped more than 2 times you will be charged $250 Client/Renter must never leave the studio unlocked and/or unattended. Door must be shut firmly and locked. Client/Renter must clean up everything, and turn off all the lights when they leave. If furniture has been moved, must be put back in place before end of booking. Renter must leave studio as they found it. Your booking time includes setup and breakdown and cleaning, so make sure you're out by the time you've booked out for, or there will be a $60 charge as well as a charge for any additional hours, if the extension was not previously discussed. No use of the hallway for storage/setup or photography permitted. No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio. A $400 fine will be charged for each incident. No Smoking in the studio. Projects involved with smoke have to get studio representatives consent. A smoking fee of $250 will be added on at the end of the booking (this includes Smoking fee - Cigarette/Tobacco/E-cigarrete/Vaping) NO FOG/HAZE MACHINE - You will be charged a $250 fee. If food is brought into the studio you will be charged a $250 Food fee. No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances. No pets allowed without prior consent of a Studio representative. Clients/Renters give the studio the right to film and store security footage. The studio has limited rights to use of photos, film, and other media from session or shoot, for the intention of promotional content, when granted in booking form by client, or later in writing. If extensive cleaning is required of the furniture/carpet because of stains then there will be an additional cleaning charge added to you booking of $75-$100. ( This is separate from damage charges)
