Welcome to the Downtown Pink Retro Rooms located in the heart of DTLA! Immerse yourself in a unique 2 room suite with an iconic pink color story. Bold retro and soft pastel themes gives you photo and video opportunities at every corner. Both rooms were designed by professional photographers to work in any type of lighting. Both rooms offer stunning natural light or close the blinds to give you softly lit shots with our hand crafted neon signs. The Pink Striped Room is surrounded with pastel pinks and fun playful props to create stunning straight out of camera images. The room brings playfulness and nostalgia with its decor and props such as a life sized carousel horse, a giant pink teddy bear and many faux desserts. Those are just some of the props available in the room. The Pink Fur Bedroom brings the 80’s to life with fur from top to bottom, yes the ceiling has fur too! The wide range of soft and bold pinks in the room adds dynamic contrast to any shot. This room includes a life sized handmade Pink Telephone Booth covered in silk flowers and many vintage photo props to boost your creativity. This room also has a dedicated glam station with a Make-up/Hair Vanity and a large full body mirror to make sure you look your best at all times during the production Both rooms are separated by a doorway which gives you the option to go Playful or Bold. The variety in this space makes this an ALL IN ONE room where you get the best of both worlds. PINK ROOM FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION -- Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success. If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us using the "Message Host" button on the listing page to discuss details, pricing and availability. SAME DAY/LAST MINUTE BOOKING FEE - $100 Please include the following: Children UNDER 13 Years Old must be approved prior to booking. **Number of guests should be 100% accurate. For any additional guest after booking has been made, please contact for approval. If you bring more attendees without approval which puts you in a different pricing tier you will be charged the higher hourly rate times x2.** **If you go over the studio’s maximum capacity you can be charged up to $250 more an hour on top of what you have already paid.** * Desired date(s) * Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down * Equipment & lighting specs * Large shoots must start packing up at the end 15-20 min prior to end time. * Only trained pets allowed with a Pet fee. * NO SHOE'S ARE ALLOWED (Booties are OK! The talent can wear shoes for the shoot but the crew must have shoes off or covered!) This studio is a NO SHOE Policy studio. Only the talent may wear shoes for the shoot. If shoes are worn by non-talent in the studio you are subject to a $150 Shoe charge. * NO FOOD/DRINKS (closed water bottles are an exception) * NO SMOKING/VAPING/CIGARETTES/CANNABIS/E-CIGARETTE/TOBACCO *NO MOUNTING OF THE HORSE - $150 charged if mounted. * NO GLITTER/ FOG MACHINES/ CONFETTI/ FAKE BLOOD * NO PAINT/BODY PAINT what so ever! * NO PORN * NO BRINGING OUTSIDE FURNITURE * No water activites * No Alcohol --especially RED WINE (our floors/rugs are porous and will absorb colored liquids) * No filming or keeping equipment outside of the studio space in the common areas such as the hallways, bathroom, stairwell etc. (Overtime is subject to x2 times the hourly rate extra charge If you do not notify the host 30 minutes prior to the end of your booking. We enforce overtime strictly and overtime starts the minute your time is up and is charged by 30 min intervals.) **WE HAVE A RESCHEDULING FEE FOR ALL RESCHEDULED SHOOTS** NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time. NEST CAM RECORDING: by agreeing to this booking you also acknowledge our 24 surveillance camera will be recording during your whole booking time. (If the Camera/Nest Connect is unplugged you are subject to a $150 disconnection fee ) Client/Renter must never leave the studio unlocked and/or unattended. Door must be shut firmly and locked. Client/Renter must clean up everything, and turn off all the lights when they leave. If furniture has been moved, must be put back in place before end of booking. Renter must leave studio as they found it. Your booking time includes setup and breakdown and cleaning, so make sure you're out by the time you've booked out for, or there will be a $60 charge as well as a charge for any additional hours, if the extension was not previously discussed. No use of the hallway for storage/setup or photography permitted. No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio. A $400 fine will be charged for each incident. No Smoking in the studio. Projects involved with smoke have to get studio representatives consent. A smoking fee of $350 will be added on at the end of the booking (this includes Smoking fee - Cigarette/Tobacco/E-cigarrete/Vaping) If food is brought into the studio you will be charged a $150 Food fee. No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances. No pets allowed without prior consent of a Studio representative. Clients/Renters give the studio the right to film and store security footage. The studio has limited rights to use of photos, film, and other media from session or shoot, for the intention of promotional content, when granted in booking form by client, or later in writing. If extensive cleaning is required of the furniture/carpet because of stains then there will be an additional cleaning charge added to you booking of $75-$100. ( This is separate from damage charges)

The hosts made all the rules very clear, and everything was so easy to create the exact vision me and my creative team had planned!
