We’re walking distance to neighborhood favorites like Yoshi’s and Everett & Jones BBQ. This location also boasts a parking lot and loading dock for your convenience. This was a great space. We used it for a Sweet 16 party and the kids had a great time. Ariel and Patrick were very responsive and emailed back immediately when we had a few questions right before the event. Clean up was easy and would definitely recommend this space.

Wow; just wow!! This space is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our memorial event. All of the guest loved it so much and we’re absolutely amazed. All of the AV was so easy to use, and was just ready to use with no issues at all. There was an iPad available for use to play Spotify with built-in speakers around the venue. There was a 70 inch TV that we used to display our slideshow. There was a microphone that was ready for us to use for our speeches. The little outdoor patio area was perfect for fresh air and an adorable little view of the trains going by. This was by far one of my favorite venues in the Oakland area. I will definitely be using this venue again for future events. 10/10

I would definitely book with this host again. I hosted a furniture launch and just as advertised, the space was perfect. Because I only saw the space once before I actually had a spatial plan drawn out, I had to go back to measure to make sure everything would work. Ariel was very responsive and very nice about me going back to measure.

This is an awesome space in Jack London with a ton of character. Great location, easy load in, lots of parking. The managers are lovely! Only thing to know is that it's directly adjacent the train tracks and port so there's a lot of activity, so while it's not ideal for a film shoot that requires clean audio, I'd definitely keep this spot in mind for an event space. It opens onto a cool little patio right on the tracks.
