Private Flatiron Recording Studio and Event Space

Located in the heart of the Flatiron district, a short walk away from many major subway lines, we offer top-quality recording and mixing services for virtually any project you're working on. We have the entire 7th floor, including 2 separate studio spaces, a communal lounge with a conference table, private bathroom, and a small terrace (max 3 people). Our space, staff and equipment are all tailored to making your experience as quick and seamless as possible. We're currently in the process of building out Studio A, but Studio B and the Lounge are ready to welcome you and your team. The Lounge features a hi-fi stereo system, Roku, Play Station 4, conference table, sofa seating and a kitchenette (everything but the stove!) we can easily cater to an intimate event, pop-up or meeting. It also offers 5 audio inputs and one audio return, making it the ideal space to record an interview, podcast, vlog etc. in comfort and style. We also have a clothing rack on display as soon as you enter: Each month, we plan to feature a different independent clothing brand, and occasionally host an accompanying pop-up to kick off the limited run. Please feel free to contact us about opportunities to feature your brand (or brands you know) or host a pop-up Both Studio B and the B Booth have adjacent doors that open into the Lounge. The B Booth offers 4 analog inputs, 2 returns, a re-amp patch, and 2 ethernet ports for for headphone mixers. We have a Neumann U87Ai set up through an Avalon ad2022 preamplifier (737 style) into a Tube-Tech Lydkraft CL1B compressor by default, and a Prophet '08 as our MIDI controller, with stereo audio outputs that appear on the patch bay in the desk Studio B features 4 microphone inputs, 6 line inputs, and a variety of outboard gear and instruments to choose from. You can either use our 2018 Mac Mini, or bring your own computer and connect to our entire system with just 1 USB-C cable, or there's always the aux cord.
