Rules for Lignum & Oaks Rental Space -No early access allowed. Booking starts exactly at start time, no earlier. Silverware, plates or glasses are not apart of the rental therefore they should not be used No smoking in home No parties No pets are allowed on property No loud music after 8pm Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors Rental time does not include setup and teardown time please plan book additional time if set is required Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking Front door must be locked upon departure from the space, as well as the gate leading to the driveway. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is not included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. No shoes or standing is allowed on furniture during booking All garbage must be taken off premises once the reservation is over Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Guests will be responsible for any damages to furniture or property (stains, spills, rips, tearing of fabric, scratches or broken furniture) Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. *Masks must be worn throughout the shoot with the exception of the talent. We want all guests to experience a clean, smoke free environment. There is a $300 additional cleaning fee if smoke is detected. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it Due to the light color of the furniture, food and drinks must only be consumed in the kitchen area. If you are wearing denim or other clothing items that might bleed onto the light colored furniture, a towel can be provided, to sit on. Shoe covers will be provided to each guest upon arrival and must be worn throughout the duration of the shoot, with the exception of the talent. COVID-19 All guests must follow the States mandated COVID19 protocols- Masks must be worn at all times while the booking is in session. ( For photoshoot, those being photographed are allowed to remove mask once pictures are being taken) MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. Upon booking, guest provides limited rights to use of photos, film, and other media from session or shoot, for promotional use. Please take great care of our space!
