About the Space
Recognized as a Peerspace 2023 Best of Austin Production Space. This newly built modern farmhouse in the Bouldin neighborhood has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, and 3 baths. The common and bedroom areas offer a variety of setups. All with tons of natural light. All the inside and outside are accessible for the shoot. The interior is fully furnished. Each room has a fresh modern design. There is a large pool, a nice spa/hot tub, and a hang-out area in the back for outside shoots. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from downtown. You can easily back up in the driveway for equipment offloading. Ample parking on the street for the crew.
