About the Space

Our Amazing outdoor rooftop is ideal for small gatherings, social distancing and is professionally cleaned after every group. You also get access to a restroom. We can set-up the venue in a variety of configurations (see photos). To ensure a flawless experience. We greet every client at the start of their booking and have a house resident available at all times. LOCATION Centrally located in West Hollywood just off Melrose. BATHROOM The bathroom is located at the bottom of the second floor stairs. Not wheelchair accessible. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors

This was a beautiful space, exactly as pictured, clean, and ready to use. Kelly was a helpful and gracious host. The views were phenomenal in every direction. I had a small gathering of close friends there as the sun set and in the evening we lit the tiki torches and the hosts came up and lit the fire centerpiece. It was the perfect setting and we had a great time. Thank you!
