Vintage Brick Garage Gym

Our availability is limited because we're a fully functional training facility, so we set aside a few hours each week for Peerspace reservations. However, please reach out to us with your days/times/needs and we might be able to make things work for you. The building was built in the 1940's and was an auto mechanic shop up until 2014. The space is now weight training facility. There is rubber flooring throughout the gym with a large 15'x70' piece of red turf down the center. One side of the gym is very crossfit-esque, and the other side has weight machines and dumbbells, and mirrors. There are two very large garage doors that open (one at each end of the building) that provide fresh air and natural light. The walls are red brick, the ceiling is flat black, and the windows are very old steel windows from the 1940's. The gym space is 3500 sq ft. The entrance area is another 700 sq ft where our front desk, merchandise, and member storage is located. The space has been used in the past for a Kombucha commercial, where they had a model performing lifts and drinking the product. The facility ideally will be used for a gym setting, but we are open to other ideas. Nearby is a coffee shop, custom clothing shop, grocery store, a school, and a few bars. Overtime: Please make your overtime request 30 minutes or more before your scheduled time is up. As long as there are no scheduling issues we should be able to handle your request. Pricing for overtime is 1.5x the hourly rate.
