The exposed brick arches and wall surround the loft and overlooks Pioneer Squares historic neighborhood. It is an open format loft, fully furnished, with furniture that is easy to move around if you are looking for an empty/open space. We can work around your needs. The space can be used for film or photography. Has gone through both, and it provides a fun, relaxed, and unique experience! This is my primary home, but I keep it organized, not cluttered, etc. From the east facing windows, you will notice the famous historic neon sign that remains lit at night, "Rooms 75¢" sign at the State Hotel from the 1900. You can also see views of the Smith Tower and Columbia Tower. **Note this rental is for the main living area with the 4 windows and exposed brick, one bathroom, and kitchen for use. It is my home so my bedroom is not part of this rental.** Past work in the space has varied from product shoots, portraits, films, documentary series, meeting space, dance, and creative videos. Starbucks Creative Team, Meta, and other companies have used this space for a variety of things such as marketing materials, product shoots, and healing work retreats. No more than 10 people allowed in space Hand washing + general hygiene *Building is cleaned and sanitized daily. Any studio lighting would need to be brought with you as none is provided. We have a main elevator that is accessible from the street level and makes unloading and loading very easy! ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is placed in its original location. OVERTIME FEES: For any additional hour of the original booking time, the cost will be 1.5x the hourly rate for every additional hour. Please note, this is an old building. It is also a shared building space. The studio is located on the 3rd floor, by elevator access. VIDEO PRODUCTIONS: There are tenants below and above. The windows are not soundproof. Street noise can be heard on occasion as it is located on 1st Avenue. Please book with the understanding that you may experience background noise.
