All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our Filming Location is approximately 160-acres of privately owned ranch property located in the Los Angeles County and Santa Clarita Valley neighborhood. 6 Guns provides beautiful scenery which includes natural surroundings of mountains, hillsides, trees, brush, dirt roads, and large open dirt fields. The property is equipped with a barn containing horse stalls, fully lighted roping/riding arena, horses and cattle, a rustic windmill, and plenty of room for cast and crew parking. Privacy is not an issue.

General Rules

Our Location does not allow smoking on the property location due to liability reasons. If clients leave trash or do not pick up after themselves, a cleaning fee will be added to the total amount.
