This 512sqf Studio has 12ft high Ceilings, Has Beautiful Natural light. Big Windows with nice brick wall. 5 minute walk from nearby trains. 2 hr Minimum Reservations! Included: Godox X pro-C Trigger -2 Godox Strobes(QS400) -3 C stands -Reflector -Eyelight -Octabox 47”/35.4” -2 bar Stools -2 Sandbags 1 backdrop color is included with your booking, additional colors are $10 a piece. DO NOT ADJUST VARIPOLE. VARIPOLE and paper are already pre set. Any adjustments you will be charged extra. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
