Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Disinfect all touch areas of the room, mics included. Hired professional cleaners at the end of every session for safety.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Podcast room with three mics & a MIDI converter. The system works best with OBS. Light rig for the best lighting and 1 HD webcam on site. Soundproof walls & 2 headphones. Give swanky funk vibes to your fun podcast. There is also light-up LED strips attached to the table that you can turn on. Drinks & Refreshments Provided (non-alcoholic) It's BYOB, but if you're drinking, please drink responsibly. Extra $30 for BYOB.

General Rules

No smoking in the room No more than four guests BYOB & clean up any mess. Do not take anything out of the room. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me at the end of your session so I can lock it up.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

HD webcam in the studio room available There are security cameras 24/7 in the studio for safety. I will be there to open & lock the doors after your session.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
