It is the perfect place for dinner parties, birthday parties, game nights, bachelorette & bachelor parties, bridal showers, engagement parties, repass gatherings, etc. Any small to mid-size event can be kept here. Upstairs is perfect for lounging or placing the buffet style foods, while downstairs is perfect for your guests.

General Rules
No taping, nailing or hanging items on the walls. All trash should be placed in garbage bins and bags. Furniture should be restored to it’s original location if moved. A $500 refundable security deposit is required to cover damages. Events exceeding 50 People will require a $100 security guard fee.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Cameras are located upstairs and downstairs. The devices will be on at all times for security purposes.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Every surface is disinfected, including door handles, faucet handles, flusher, tables, chairs and floors.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
