Our venue is a space where events and productions can transcend an ordinary experience. Our services go beyond the normality of what a venue is, with clients from different mediums coming together for diverse occasions. We offer a one-of-a-kind experiential space that will provide your exclusive events and production teams with unmatched service, distinctive originality, and unparalleled quality-and leave a never-ending impression on your guest’s time and time again. This completely unique production venue and private event space has had the absolute pleasure of hosting weddings/birthday parties, art shows, photo shoots, commercials, music videos and even an auction. For those needing a one of a kind photography location..... photographers and videographers will delight in the bright and colorful spaces and the unique combination of retro scenes. With an a la carte menu of engaging and unconventional activities-ranging from pinball to intricate A/V equipment, from high-quality custom furniture to unique décor and from BBQing outdoors to lounging on a swing indoors-we provide a variety of additional spaces, items and props to fulfill your needs for your dream production and upscale events, all at a convenient rate. If interested in our wide selection of additional items, we are more than happy to prepare a custom quote -you'll soon see that there is nowhere else you'd rather have your event or production. Let us ensure that your special events or photo/video production will be like nothing your guests and audience have ever experienced before. A Site Rep fee of $425 is required with booking and will be added to your quote.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Exceptional space and host. Extremely versatile and beautiful multi-room space that made for a fantastic music video. A garden outback was perfect to feed the crew and keep the filming area clear. The host was beyond gracious and helpful. Any need we had she would come to the rescue! -- clothing racks and makeup chairs, full length mirror, disco ball, steamer when our stylist was stuck in traffic, 15 parking spaces within a secure and gated lot, changing room, two bathrooms, and friendliness and wonderful energy. Thank you for making this so great!

This was the most amazing place to work! The locations team is AMAZING! So many options to create incredible unique shots for our production and the style a attention to detail is BAR NONE! I will go back and so should you.

Working with Kendall & the team at Odyssey21 was an amazing experience! They were so responsive & helpful in planning our company's holiday party, and I am so thankful for the assistance they provided! The space itself is so versatile and unique, everyone who attended loved it and had an amazing time. Definitely would recommend & would host here again!
