Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Additional UV-Light sanitation is used to thoroughly disinfect and sanitize surfaces in the studio space after use. Cleaning products are available and used for additional sanitation purposes.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space

The studio is separated into two areas. The photography/videography space is 300 square feet with 11 foot ceilings. It features a handicap-accessible restroom, small kitchenette, high-speed wifi, smart tv, portable speakers, shooting wall, and additional couches/seating. It has the perfect lighting and layout for taking headshots, model shoots, fashion photography, portrait photography, product usage shoots, video footage, lifestyle shoots, and more!

General Rules

No smoking allowed inside the studio space. Any trash produced needs to be disposed of properly in the various trash receptacles in the space. No excessive alcohol consumption. Please be respectful of studio property, as any damages incurred will result in additional fees/expenses. Space is to be used as designated by owner/client agreement and for nothing else. Food/beverage is allowed. No pets are allowed.

Furniture can be moved into the back room from the studio lounge. There are no wall decorations.

Security cameras and recording devices

2 cameras in space tied to alarm system. Only on and activated if security system is armed and ready. No recording devices in bathroom or dressing room. Cameras record audio and visual.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
