About the Space
Welcome to a one-of-its kind mansion in Coconut Grove Miami wrapped with Chicago bricks on the interior and exterior, grand piano at the entrance, library / study area with fireplace and wood paneling, filled with antique furniture and decoration throughout. Check out our roof top for city views. Hang out in the front yard of the house by the tree swings or water fountain surrounded by tropical landscape all around. Complete this experience with a BBQ on our outdoor built-in grill area and patio tables for extra price, check experience or ask about it. The patio, front entrance, living area, reading area, and bathroom will be available. This house is perfect for films, shoots and photos , small meetings and reunions, baby shower, bride shower, birthday and more that want to have ornate decorations in the background as well enjoying a truly antique furniture. Meeting and reunions you can choose set the tables and chairs inside the house or outside in the patio. Please see pictures.
