Welcome to your own private studio! Enjoy your space on the top floor of a brand new complex with downtown skyline views of the city, and a large private balcony to soak it in! A thoughtfully designed home complete with plants, natural light, high-end appliances/furniture, and city views. Located in trendy RiNo, right in Denver's arts district. The space is small and setup as as apartment living space but beautiful!

Cute spot with nice style and even a peek at the downtown skyline. Host made it easy for us to get in and out ourselves.

Very pretty space. Unfortunately we lost 20 minutes of our booking time tho because the instructions provided by the owner of the space didn't work and when we tried to reach out they were unavailable. Only ended up being able to enter because someone else exited the building so not very happy about that.
