Beautiful and Spacious Home with Pool & Jacuzzi

Beautiful home but, I was a bit embarrassed and really disappointed. Attendees of my surprise party said they saw the cleaning lady when she showed up. Which was around 2pm. We had arrangements to have access to the AirbnB by 4pm. Previous night guest left at 12, check out is 11. She did not have time to throughly clean up as she should. Even in that, if the host would have alerted us, we could’ve come in and worked with the lady to get the job done. But the cleanup lady was not wet professional or able to manage her frustration amen unfortunately took them out on us. That isn’t good. Especially if we paid $1,300 to have access to a place for 4 hours. We were given 6 hours complimentary to push the time back to 4 originally. Amy Pastor noticed the lack of cleaning immediately. The lady who cleaned explained to us that it wasn’t her business. I would recommend hiring professionals. If someone can’t get the job done, as the host i would come do it myself. $1,300 is a lot for a dirty pool, sheets that smell like smoke and perfume mixed, ice maker didn’t work… and air that can’t be adjusted. The thermostats wouldn’t go below 72. though it said 72 the temperature in the room kept rising until it got to 77. The host offered us late check out/overnight. But i couldn’t enjoy it because the sheets were dirty. When asked if i enjoyed, i explain these disappointments and wasn’t offered any resolve. I would not rent again. People flew from different states to attend.
