About the Space

The house spans 3 separate floors. There is a separate English basement apartment that is about 1k square feet and the main house that has a first floor living area with dining room, kitchen, lining room, fireplace, sunroom and empties our to a stone back patio space. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Colin was an incredibly communicative host. His instructions made our check in very smooth and we had a successful shoot because of it. Loved the space and hope to return to DC soon for another shoot.
