A rentable photography studio conveniently located in the Dallas Design District. Vantage Street Studio features 2100 sq.ft. of creative space and offers 2 premium studios with brilliant natural light and LED lights for additional lighting. Created with the up-and-coming creative community in mind to serve as a launch pad for your business to reach new heights. Where are you located? The studio address is 2217 Vantage St. Suite 200 in Dallas, TX. We are conveniently located in the Dallas Design District, minutes away from downtown, uptown and Trinity Groves. What do I get when I book? When you book with us you get access to 2 premium natural light studios, 3 double sided backdrops, a variety of props, 2 private bathrooms with a vanity, clothing rack and shower, a full kitchen complete with a stove and a refrigerator (which is always stocked with water/ sparkling water) and high-grade coffee to keep you going for your lengthy shoots! Where can I park? The renter receives 3 assigned parking spaces and they are located directly in front of the studio. Street parking is also available throughout the parking lot. Please be sure not to park in other business’ reserved spaces. Failure to park in designated parking can result in your vehicle being towed. Can I arrive early to my session? You may arrive a few minutes early for your session, however the studio may be reserved prior to your start time. In that case, we ask that you wait until the time of your reservation. What happens if my session runs longer than expected? If you session runs longer than your scheduled time, or do not make enough time to clean up, you will be charged for an additional hour and a cleaning fee, if required. We ask you to be mindful of other photographers and schedule enough time for clean up. Is bathroom access available? For your convenience, we have a private bathroom with a shower + changing room in each studio space. What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule? We get it. Life happens + not everything goes according to plan! We are happy to reschedule your session as long as you reschedule within 72 hrs. of your booking date. Otherwise, you will need to book another session. What kind of photography is NOT permitted? In order to keep the studio safe and clean for everyone to enjoy, the following is NOT allowed on the studio’s property: -Alcohol for anyone under the age of 21. -Recreational or illicit drugs. -Nude photography, videography or explicit activity. -Food/Drink not allowed on or near furniture. -Fireworks, explosives, glitter, confetti, smoke bombs. -Affixing anything to walls not allowed without prior approval. -Models must be 18 + on the day of studio rental. Renter is responsible for verifying. Create responsibly to your hearts content!

new Natural Light Studio + Event Space is a great plae for your photoshoot in the heart of Dallas. The natural light in the space is a huge plus. Most of our pictures looks great without any filter. A super clean space, well air conditioned and the tools studio props they made available is amazing. Their on time responsiveness is a huge plus also. We came in for maternity photoshoot and the atmosphere is super comfortable for us. I will recommend them for any of your photographic shoots.
