About the Space
We charge custom rates according to your type of production, please get in touch to discuss your production and rates. A renovated Edwardian House with bright, open plan kitchen/dining/living room overlooking a paved and lawned garden. It has 5 bedrooms including two gorgeous children’s rooms. Lighting description
In the kitchen/dining living area we have wall to wall, floor to ceiling bi-fold doors which lets in tonnes of natural light. There are no blinds, but productions have previously blacked them out. There is light all day.
In the front sitting room, we have bay windows with plantation shutters which can be closed to shut out the light.
All other windows have blinds/shutters/curtains, should other areas need to be blacked out.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Can't hear neighbours, the location is on a quiet road.
We have AC in the kitchen, and when on you can just about hear it if no other noise eg radio on - but if you are shooting you can just turn it off.
Crew access
Equipment loading description
We are on a quiet residential road, that does not have any parking restrictions. You do not need a ramp or to use stairs to access the front door.
We have a side access with a lockable gate, so heavy equiptment can be brought through the side to the back of the house = however there are two small steps to get to the garden and at one point it is as narrow as a doorway just at the side of the house.

Preferably the 2 x children's bedrooms are not used, unless by express prior arrangement.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

General Rules
- No smoking inside the house. Please do not smoke outside the front door or on the street. Please only smoke on Streatham High Road away from the house or Barrow Road.
- The desk in the front room is very precious and should not be touched/used without the owner’s consent. Chest of drawers and mirror in the blue bedroom are both precious and not used or touched with the owner’s permission. No hot drinks on polished wood cabinet in the kitchen
- Please protect the floors especially in the kitchen. The wooden flooring is soft and easily damaged by heavy equipment. Please use protection.
- Rubbish: Please take with you at the end of the day.
- Filming: 8am-8pm & Photoshoots: 9am-6pm
No overtime available before 8am or after 9pm.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved - but absolutely not the desk in the front sitting room, or console table in same room, or the chest of drawers in the blue bedroom (or mirror on it).
Anything that is moved must be put back to where it is found.
Furniture can't be moved from the location (unless discussed and agreed by the owner before the shoot)

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
