About the Space
Large Ground Level Open 3000 sq ft space with 20 + foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows This gorgeous timeless vintage space is the perfect blank slate to make your vision blossom. From the grand terracotta archway and double doors that provide your grand entrance to the industrial brick walls and floor to ceiling windows this space is not your typical event hall. Give your event that jazzy Sunday brunch vibe or a vibrant colorful ceremony in celebration of your nuptials. We do tours and walkthroughs on Wednesdays only. The space is a blank canvas and you bring in your own style, including your preferred vendors for tables, food and DJ's. We do not have the calendar open for 2023. We will be opening up dates for 2023 much later in 2022 for 2023.

I loved this space! Very open and natural light. Molly was great and set everything up I needed for my shoot. I loved the yellow backdrop I asked for, for the my shoot. And I loved the big natural light windows! Only drawbacks were that it was hard to find parking (just a busy part of downtown), and is it was just hot inside, as it was a sunny Saturday In July, and it's an old building. So if you go in the summer, maybe bring a small fan with you and leave yourself an extra hour before your shoot time to deal with traffic and find parking! Other than that, it was a wonderful space and I'd love to shoot there again!

We booked this space for our wedding reception. The space is exactly what I was looking for, rustic but classic look. Big windows which allowed for tons of natural lighting, easy to find and has a public parking garage right across the street which you pay & street parking was also easy to find. I want to highlight how amazing both Holly and Kimberly were. They both went above and beyond for us. Kimberly also gave us recommendations for photographers and table rentals. Planning a wedding is stressful but their kindness and patience lifted a lot of burden. I will definitely be booking for future events.
