Great space for night or weekend events of up to 40 people or classroom training of up to 20 people. Space is set up as an open-office style workspace with 15 desks, a conference room for 7, a kitchen area that seats 4, a lobby area with chairs or couches, and a lounge room with chairs or couches. Either the conference room or the lounge room will not be included in the rental as a few of the monthly desk members may need a place to work. Space can be rearranged to suit your event. Back area of the space can be configured as a classroom for up to 20 people. There is one bathroom. Previous groups using the space have been weekly hobby/game groups, tech user groups, video game events, and technical seminar/training classes. Located in downtown Highlands within walking distance of many bars and restaurants.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
