Parking is free on the street and also the in front of the building. There is an additional free lot in the back of the building.

Natural lighting is amazing in this space. The window faces the east so the morning sunrise streams through the space. In the afternoon the sunset reflects off the building across the river.

Elevator, Ground Floor

The space is equipped with an enclosed loading dock and carts for easy loading and unloading. This is especially useful if you have alot of heavy gear.

This a single space but it has an area near the entrance for changing, makeup and unloading gear.

There are 12 outlets in the space, no circuit breaker

• PARKING - there is parking available on both sides of the road on Lumber street. There is also overflow parking behind the building next to the Uhaul entrance as well. Please do not park in front of garage doors unless you are unloading gear/equipment. • UNIT & BUILDING ACCESS - Please contact one of our Cove team members, Julius, at +1 (773) 272-5706 when you arrive and he will meet you at the artists lofts entrance (red door) to let you into the building and give you access to the loft space. He’ll be able to answer any questions you may have and assist with any needs. • PLEASE be respectful of the space and ask before making any modifications to the space. • GARBAGE Please take any garbage with you and deposit it in the dumpsters on the first floor by the ramp. • DO NOT fill the tub with liquid. It is a prop and not hooked up to plumbing. • NO SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted in the building or in Cove Lofts. A smoking fee of $300 will be incurred if this rule is not followed. • ARRIVAL TIME AND DEPARTURE TIME Please account for any setup and cleanup within your booking time. Any additional time will be charged.
