We can accommodate a strict max of 60 guest, this includes the wedding party and children. The Harraka Venue is open from 10am - 10pm. The rental cost for the venue starts at $3500. Please see below with all that is included. The Harraka Venue is a wonderful indoor/outdoor wedding venue set in a picturesque yard with wide open views of the mountains. The lush green outdoor ceremony area looks like something out of a fairy tale with ivy and flowers draped from the lighting through out the yard, 3 large eucalyptus trees cast shade over the guest and ceremony area. The back drop to the alter/arch is a lovely succulent garden and for added shade a few palm trees scatter the lawn. We use sheer fabrics draped throughout the yard and indoor space in your wedding colors to give a rich inviting feel that will tie your wedding thyme into the venue. The seating for the guest can be set up on the lawn with circle or rectangle tables. The happy couples table is set between to palm trees with a full view of all the guest with a beautiful chandelier with mood lighting and pepper trees in the distance as a back drop. Just off the lawn a few steps from the dinner tables there's a large paved side lot perfect to set up your catering, photo booth, or additional back drops. Imagine you and your wedding party getting ready in a very large beautifully updated master bedroom and bathroom with white marble. There's plenty of room for 6-8 people to get ready with lots of room for clothes, changing, and makeup with bright lighting. Once you are picture perfect you can open the glass bedroom doors to the outdoor venue and start your long walk past the beautiful uniquely shaped pool to your future partner while the seated guest can watch you every step of the way. We have Bubble machines that can be on or off to your choosing. After your ceremony get a group photo by the pool and call cocktail hour for your guest while you get your professional photos around the venue. Your guests will be in a large open space with vaulted ceilings and a full built-in bar set up. The bar is large enough for 2 bar tenders to be serving. You will need to purchase your own alcohol, We have approved Bar Tenders and Bussers to serve and help clean that you can hire for a additional fee. In the bar area and entry way is 4 large 30x40 frames that will have your selected engagement photos for the guest to conversate over. We offer a Charcuterie Board set up with fine cheese, meats, and fresh fruits for your guest to snack on before dinner is served. The bar area is open to the comfortable living room with a over sided couch and the kitchen. We have 2 separate restrooms for your guest to use through out the event. In the gorgeous kitchen there is lots of counter space and a large island. Normally this is where the cakes and deserts are set up so they don't spoil outside. There is also a lovely water fall edge dining table with seating for 6 in this kitchen space. We offer a second refrigerator that is in the garage just off the kitchen for your connivance. There are a few areas the DJ/MC/Musicians can be set up as there is plenty of room around the venue. We will be happy to go over theses areas with you depending on what entertainment you are using. We also have a large blue tooth speaker that can be utilized if you are just going to have a play list going during your event. The Harraka Venue has 2 areas suitable for dancing. One is indoor on a raised level over looking the bar area and one is outside near the dinning area and pool. For your photoshoot we will take your Photographer around the property showing them all the beautiful areas to capture you and loved ones. The putting green is a great spot for family photos with lush trees surrounding and open views of the mountains. The front of the Harraka Venue has a beautiful staircase you and your partner can be captured on. At dusk the sunset always has a lovely orange hue as the sunsets near the ocean giving a stunning backdrop through the trees. The walkway by the pool is also gorgeous with the open mountain views and the water features that will add flare and charm to you photos. Included in you package is a ivy Backdrop with the word LOVE in large wooden letters suspended from the ivy with pink roses throughout, its a fun spot for phone photos or professional. There is free street parking for around 30 cars we recommend you have your guest car-pool or uber if they are close to the venue.
