The home is on the border of Sherman Oaks and Studio City. Main house is 4900 square feet and the guest house is 900 square feet. The pool has a length of 45 feet. Second story consists of master bedroom, balcony, and TV lounge. First floor has 4 bedrooms and kitchen. The house is designed for large shoots and equipment. Ideal for all types movies, TV shows, and photoshoots. Sorry the home is not available for parties/kickbacks etc. 2 person crews send inquiries for special pricing.
