About the Space
Our premier event space and production studio is a 5,800 sq. ft. open-concept venue with amazing natural light, floor to ceiling windows and spectacular views of the Miami skyline and overlooking the Miami River. With a capacity of up to 300 guests, a marina for yacht access and a wrap around 180-view of Miami, Suite SVN makes for a cutting edge space that can be transformed to make every production and event unique. CHECK OUT OUR SPACE ON INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/suitesvn/ PLEASE REVIEW OPTIONS BEFORE BOOKING: • Production Studio Rental - consists of six (6) photography sets with pull down backdrops and decorative wall. All sets are equipped with electrical power and lighting equipment. Each set is rented at a total of four (4) persons per hour. For skyline view photography, the premium access add-on is available for an additional $75/hour. • Event Rental - an open format space for 300+ guest capacity, two (2) ADA restrooms, audio and A/V control. Outside food and beverage catering allowed upon approval. Immediate garage access and/or loading dock. Utility closet and prepping station available for use. **Special event insurance and liquor liability coverage required.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
