About the Space

Our studio features over 5000 sq/ft of total space. Anchored by a 30ft Corner Cyc Wall with plenty of natural light above the space. The entire space features 26ft high ceilings and a kitchenette with two lounge areas and a conference table. We offer two private restrooms as well as a private hair and make up space. 10ft x 10ft drive through roll up door, perfect for easy loading into the space. Outside vendors are allowed and we also have a roster of event vendors available to anyone who books the space.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

Yes, I would book again.

This is a nice, large, open space. The host was very helpful and always responded in a timely matter. Carlos was there with us for the event and he was very welcoming and available for any questions we had before and during our event. Would definitely book again!
