About the space: The ivy-covered backyard is over 550 sq ft and easily fits 40+ people. There's a backyard sectional that comfortably seats 6-7 people, built from individual sections that can be moved to your desire. There's a small table for drinks/snacks, an outdoor clock and mirror for decor. There are citronella tiki torches and a backyard fire pit for toasty, cozy vibes. The backyard has string lights around its perimeter which creates great lighting and ambiance in the evening. There is an upper and lower level and a single bathroom indoors available to guests (we ask that guests remain outdoors unless using the restroom). Please note the property is a brownstone which includes stairs to enter the front of building, and another staircase to enter the backyard at the back of the building.
