Extra cleaning and sanitizing procedures and in place and are strictly adhered to.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Open concept living, dining, and kitchen with abundant natural light. The large sectional couch and side chairs can comfortably seat 8. The dining room table is set for 6 and extends to 8 or 10. Three large bedrooms—two with king-sized beds and one with two sets of bunk beds, a couch, and a foosball table. The backyard consists of an acre of pine forest with two hammocks, a fire pit, a deck with two lounge chairs, and a 10-foot stock tank wading pool. It’s a great spot for a team meeting (with breaks to play foosball or swing in the hammocks or float in the wading pool) or magazine shoots with a modern and minimalist interior design against a natural backdrop. Famous South Shore Lake is less than a mile away with swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, hiking, and miniature golf. The quaint, historic town of Bastrop is just three miles away with its restaurants, shops, and galleries. The Austin Bergstrom International Airport is just 30 minutes away.

Approximately 6 cars can fit in front of the house. Street parking is also easily available.

General Rules

No smoking in or around the building—including vaping and marijuana. This home is located in a residential area, which means we want to be respectful of our neighbors (with noise, music, etc.).

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There are cameras by the front and back doors. They only capture exterior footage.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
