Our experience was absolutely amazing, peaceful and serene. Annie was super helpful when we needed other simple accommodations, and Sparkle, the Homeyloft doggie was soooo sweet. Would definitely book again in the future!

This space has lovely decor and good light. The plants add beautiful pops of green throughout the apartment. The building is easy to find and I was able to be let in to the room 2-3 minutes before my reservation time which was nice. I feel I can’t give it more than 3 stars because there was extra furniture that isn’t in the listing photos, there’s no air-conditioning, one of the windows was covered in cardboard, and there’s no wifi. I had asked the host a few days ago, prior to booking, if there was air conditioning and she said there was. I would not have booked if she had been honest. It was extremely hot inside the apartment. I considered leaving but I had traveled an hour so I wanted to stick it out. The listing says there is wifi but I was never given a password. When I arrived, the clawfoot tub was in the living room, partially blocking the bookshelf. It’s very heavy, and I had not selected it as a listing extra, so I didn’t expect it to be in the way. There was also an additional coffee table with plants and candles on top of it that wasn’t in the photos. It appeared to be a rounded stone table, and it would’ve been hard to move. Overall, the floor plan was much more crowded than what was advertised. It was difficult to maneuver my tripod around the two coffee tables. The listing states that the photos accurately show the furniture but that wasn’t the case today. There was a large (broken) air conditioner in front of the windows which looks rather unattractive in my photos. One of the lower windows is partially covered by a large piece of cardboard, approximately 1 foot by 1.5 foot. I don’t think it’s fair to advertise a studio that has these huge beautiful windows and then obscure them with brown cardboard and a broken air conditioner. The cardboard stands out (in a bad way) in my photos against the white curtains. The main reason I choose to rent studios for content creation is because they should be clean and free of clutter, unlike my apartment which appears very “lived-in” haha. The goal is to have multiple angles that will look beautiful. Unfortunately, the space was so cluttered with the bathtub, the two coffee tables, the broken air conditioner that I don’t feel it lived up to its listing photos. Perhaps before the booking, the host should move everything that is not pictured to the kitchen area, so if you want to use it, you can, but it’s not blocking anything.

Lovely space. As advertised. We were 15 minutes late so the owner allowed us 15 minutes extra at the end which was super nice of them.

It’s amazing how dynamic this space is! There’s several areas within the space which can provide you with a different look and feel. Also, the natural lighting makes for stunning pictures! Highly recommend the space and working with Annie, who was very responsive and helpful !
