About the Space

Welcome to our Conference Training Room, where we aim to create workspace for open discussion and collaboration in a socially safe environment. Host your next virtual or in-person conference, club meeting, social, or organization meet-up here. Our space is flexile to accommodate a variety of layouts We are attentive to cleanliness and will ensure the upmost precaution during your rental. The location of the training room is in a low traffic, quiet space, isolated at the end of a hallway.

Parking availability: - 24hour Parking garage next to the building - Metro across directly across the street from the building - Metered Parking along streets - Free lot parking walking distance (directly across the street near the Ross and Marshalls at the Mall at Prince George's (MPG)

General Rules

-No Smoking -No Alcohol allowed -No Animals ( unless they are service dogs) -No usage of the testing equipment -No usage of private offices -We reserve the right to cancel the arrangement if guest are unruly or unprofessional.

Security cameras and recording devices

The space is equipped with video and audio security. The building also has video security at entry and exit points. Additionally, the space door entry has face recognition and realtime audio recording. For individuals who use American Sign Language, we have realtime video access.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Upon entering the office, you are welcomed with hand sanitizer as well as Clorox wipes. We are equipped to provide hand sanitizers for all tables. Additionally, we request each guest to sign a contact sheet to ensure that if a guest is infected, we will be able to inform those who may have been exposed.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
