About the Space
5 story Georgian townhouse with basement and celar. Based in one of the most famous streets of London. Princelet street, just off of Spitalfields market. Famous for Jack the Ripper tours, films and photo shoots. 3 floors of the house and garden available for shooting. All furniture inside is very minimal so easy to move about upon request. Kitchen available for food access and 1 toilet available for use. Natural sunlight comes through most of the house from the front. Great for photo shoots, film shoots, production shoots, editorials and more! Please note: Furniture/interior does change from time to time. Eating strictly in kitchen area. No shoes on the rug in living room.

Perfect location to shoot! The house is just like the pictures and there are many different types of rooms but in the same style so you get a good varied amount of photos. What is even better is the host, Olivia; she went above and beyond and made us feel at home. You couldn't find a better host if you even looked for one. If you're in doubt about booking, definatly book this house! You won't regret it.

What a beautiful space to shoot a video! We had a fantastic day shooting here. The rooms are bright, modern and decorated to a really high end look and feel which offers a great backdrop for video work. Olivia was extremely welcoming and an exceptional host. Olivia is such an outstanding host! Her hospitality was amazing, the house is exactly as described. I genuinely felt like I’d been there before (even though I haven’t). I’d definitely recommend this house to my director/photographer friends. Our shoot went really well, great aesthetic in the house too. Overall the location was perfect!
