Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Parking description
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
General Rules
-Booking is only for studio space (Not equipment or personnel)
-Shoots with more than 7 guests will be viewed as an event and will attract extra charges
-Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis
-No smoking in the building
-No Loitering outside
-Must obtain a photo pass to conduct any shoot outside the main studio space. Including Hallways and exterior.
-You will be charged extra for late fees
-Arrive 15mins before your booking time. Don't arrive earlier than 15 mins, as another client may have the space during that time. You only have 15 mins no charge period to exit the building.
-We also suggest putting into consideration, clients arriving late while booking to allow for scheduled time.
-The cameras and smart lock will detect early or late arrivals (as the code is unique to your reservation). We will charge the credit card on file at regular over time rates, if early arrival or late departure is detected
- We advise the use of a cart or wagon to haul all equipment from the parking lot into the building.
