Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Cleaning Process is notated in the rental agreement.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

Our Events Studio is a modern event venue located in Southfield Michigan, The Center of it all. Co-owned by husband and wife team If you’re looking for an event space in Southfield for your upcoming celebration, corporate meeting, fundraiser, holiday celebration, vow renewal or wedding reception the search is over! From chivari chairs, round and rectangular tables, and Silver or Gold Charger plates, and so much more we have what you need to make your event a success. A versatile space, allowing anyone to create the perfect event. No event is similar, individual personalities can be expressed and thoroughly enjoyed. We will work with you to make your event the very best.

General Rules
CAN I COME TAKE A TOUR?
Yes! We would love the opportunity to show you the venue and discuss the details of your event. We will make sure we schedule a time with you when we don’t have events taking place.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NEEDED TO BOOK BELL EVENTS STUDIO?
To reserve the venue for your date/time, a 50% deposit is required. This payment is processed once you select your package, date, and time. The remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to your event
UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES CAN MY DEPOSIT BE RETURNED?
We require a $300 security deposit that is refunded following your event - pending no damage to the space. This will be sent via a separate link following your confirmed booking. Refund processes within 7-10 days after your event - pending no damage to the space.
CAN WE COOK OUR OWN FOOD AT THE BUILDING?
Our studio provides a prep space and stove however stove can only be used to warm up already cooked food. The prep space is ideal for prepping cold items and placing warm items in chafing dishes. Caterers or restaurants should be prepared to bring the food in hot to keep it warm for your event.
CAN WE BRING IN FOOD FROM HOME OR DO A POTLUCK?
You are welcome to bring in your own food including homemade items if you would like. Please note that does not provide plates, napkins, flatware, or wait staff and food must be already cooked.
I LOSE SOMETHING AT AN EVENT. DO YOU HAVE A LOST AND FOUND?
Yes, we have a lost and found. You will need to contact the building directly to see if they have your item.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras around the outside and inside of the building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
