Prior to your visit, the table and counter surfaces have been disinfected and any handles or additional surfaces areas as well. The space is completely outdoors which allows for optimal air ventilation and distancing if needed.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

1600 sq ft of cemented outdoor space which includes open and covered areas. The open area offers a large round gas firepit with Adirondack chairs, couch, coffee table and daybed seating area. The covered area offers high ceilings with 3 hanging dimmable chandeliers, large dining table, couch, coffee table, large rectangular gas fireplace, 4 heat lamps, TV and an L-shaped kitchen top area with bbq, sink and counter space for entertaining. Up-lighting and accent lighting throughout the space. Surrounding the outdoor space is approximately an acre of property including large areas of grass for children to play, lawn games, animals to run and play, and large gatherings. The space is hugged up to the base of Tiger Mountain and boats beautiful landscaping, and forest surroundings. One side of the property has a 30x30 (900 sq ft) turfed area with large trampoline.
