Originally a dry cleaner after its construction in the early 1920s, then a photography studio and home, this 3500 sq ft industrial gem in the heart of Dallas has all you need for a memorable experience. The space accommodates dinner parties, events, retreats, photo shoots, and many other events well. It includes Outdoor space w/ lounge chairs and dining area for 10 Indoor dining for 8+ 72" projector TV screen Ping pong table 30 ft ceilings Dance floor Disco ball Ultimate industrial and cool atmosphere Spacious bathroom with double vanity plus separate urinal space Private, attached garage for 2-3 cars. Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

Host was super helpful and responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our event. The place was as advertised and even better. We hosted my wife’s 50th birthday party, and it was fabulous. Thanks!

Long story short I just don’t feel like we were wanted or welcomed here. From the time it took the host to accept the booking, to the last minute notice of “you need party insurance”, to the doors being LOCKED giving us zero access to any of the rooms causing my event coordinator & her team (mostly ladies) to have to get dressed in do all of their makeup in one bathroom on the day of my NYE party that I paid nearly $2100 on the space alone for. I put so much money into this event & tried my best to communicate and be as coherent as I possibly could with Shelby’s rules only to end up feeling like this. Hate to say it was a race thing but it definitely was because I just don’t see anyone else outside the color of my skin receiving this type of treatment.
