History of the space The building was built in 1907 and was originally a hardware store next to the old train station in downtown Everett. Neighborhood details The building is located just off Broadway Street and across the way from Angel of the Winds Arena, home of the Everett Silvertips. Conveniently situated just a few blocks the the I5 freeway and US 2 trestle makes the building an attraction from all areas. Back Entrance: Double doors into a hallway leading to the flat. There is a single bathroom and lots of outlets located around the perimeter of the room. The floors are finished concrete and walls are brick. There is a prep room (for an additional fee) to store materials during your event/activity or can be used as a catering prep room. The flat is on the main floor with trash access available nearby.
