About the Space
We are home to special events, film shoots, and gatherings. We are in the heart of North Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY 1 block from the water and 2 blocks from the Bedford L Subway stop. We are in a historic apartment building which has a big terrace on the second floor. Logistics: We have a special private access from our apartment on the 2nd floor to a beautiful Brooklyn-style terrace. The terrace, the office, the bathroom, and the kitchen are available when booking. We have an assortment of seats - benches and chairs. We have 3 tables - tablecloths are available. Special rates associated with booking the space: We give special rates associated with booking our space, such as non-profit discounts. For over 30 guests, we charge an additional flat rate of $100. Information about past bookings: We have had musical gatherings, The Soundshop, The Brain Bar, House of Genius speakeasy all participate in The Terrace.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
