About the Space

Located in the heart of Chelsea near The High Line, our grand 3rd floor gallery (2,000 sq. ft) is a vast open space with 13' high ceilings, 10’ tall Double doors, 1 regular door, large windows with natural lighting. It offers the perfect space for performances, presentations, photo and video shootings, art exhibitions, receptions, fashion and promotional events and more. Rates: Mon. - Fri. 9am - 5pm: $300 per hour - 5 hours minimum Off hour (before 9am, after 5pm): $330 per hour Sat. Sun: $330 per hour - 5 hours minimum Over 50 attendees- +$20/hour Weekly and monthly rentals available (negotiable) Extra fees: Should be paid directory to the venue Site rep: $130 ( support at the beginning and the ending) Cleaning fee: $130 Freight Elevator(Can be used as passenger elevators): 24 hours/day Monday - Friday. 12pm - 5pm. Saturday 11am - 5pm. Sunday th Mon - Sat: 8am - 6:15pm (off hours available at $85 per hour) Sun: Closed (available at $85 per hour In-house rental furniture: Chairs ($1.20 each), Tables ($12 each/ With bar table cloth $18 each), Coat racks ($15 each), Pedestals ($12 each), Speakers ($65 each), Microphone ($20), Projector ($85), Back drop with white or black screen ($30) Rental fee should be paid directly to the venue when was made.

- The renters must provide their own items (garbage bags, tablecloths, etc.) for the space unless otherwise negotiated. - A specific time frame must be determined including setup and take down. - Guests are responsible for covering damages to the space, and will be charged by Peerspace. - Hard liquor, smoking, and cooking is not allowed on the premises. Wine and beer are acceptable. - If alcohol were served Renter is required to hire one or two security guard at the space entrance to make sure that all guests are in the event space not in the hallways during the reception period. - Renter is required to hire a janitorial person (Gallery will arrange it with a fee of $60) to keep the bathrooms clean during events after 5 pm when there are more than 50 guests present or when alcohol is served regardless of the number of guests. - Light music is allowed from laptop or cell phone. DJ, loud music and dancing are not allowed. - One time site rep fee of $130 at the beginning and the ending event and a cleaning fee of $150 should be paid directly to the venue before the event starts. - Furniture rental: Chairs ($1.20 each), Tables ($12 each. With bar table cloth $18 each), Pedestals ($10 each), Speakers ($50 each), microphone ($20) and projector ($75). The rental fee should be paid directly to the venue before the event starts. - Maximum capacity of 140 is the building limit and any more gives us the right to stop the event. Because of the fire hazard laws it's illegal to go beyond. - Under 21 years old guests must have adult supervision. Please wear a mask and sanitize often. - Hourly fee will change over 50 guests. - All ages are allowed in the space - Production insurance is required

No, I would not book again.

The space was suitable but definitely not ideal for my seminar, though I did book it last minute (2 days before) and there were not a ton of options. The acoustics of the room made it tough for my audience to hear me. The host was responsive, though for the additional AV fees I paid, I didn't really get much at all - pretty much no help. Also, I have booked several Peerspace venues not had to pay a fee to set up chairs per chair before. Definitely with the extra fees, was not a place I would book again.
