About the Space

Amazing 3 bdrm/1 bth open concept. Located in the historical southside Bronzeville area. Each room has been curated with a simple eclectic vibe. With over 1300 sq ft of space you can see straight back to the end of the house. Great lighting but even more character. Use us for your next production.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Sky was an amazing host. She’s very attentive and i love her communication. There was an issue with the heat hours before our event, she reached out immediately, worked with me, and had the issue resolved before the event took place. The space was beautiful, clean, and the perfect setup for a Friendsgiving. ♥️♥️

Yes, I would book again.

My experience with Sky was beyond amazing! Her response time was quick and she was very active and attentive with questions and concerns. Her space offered a beautiful atmosphere with AC and a gorgeous back yard for smokers / relaxation. All the guest were fascinated and in Awe with her lively and lovely property and asked for her information. She’s a wonderful Hostess and this space was everything I could’ve dreamed for my Sisters event! Thank you Again Sky you’re amazing! 💙👏🏾🙌🏾 Definitely rent this location it has everything you need and more!
