Newly Renovated Theater Space in KinoSaito Art Center

Our theater is a newly renovated 1500sf multi-purpose space featuring beautiful hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and track lighting. This theater space is perfect for rehearsals, workshops, classes, photo/video shoots, or large meetings that require AV equipment. We are located in the hamlet of Verplanck, NY in the historic Hudson Valley, just an hour north of NYC along the Hudson River. The Theater is part of the newly-opened KinoSaito Art Center, housed in the renovated former St. Patrick’s Catholic School.The center’s programming encompasses two large art galleries, the aforementioned multipurpose space, two studios for a rotating roster of resident artists, a classroom for arts education and public programs, a café, and a bountiful garden. Rentals are exclusively available Monday-Thursday. Theater rentals include chairs, tables, a high-quality projector, WiFi, and a state of the art sound system. KinoSaito is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible. KinoSaito can be accessed by car and Metro North’s Hudson Line. Nearby stops are: Croton-Harmon and Peekskill. There are local cabs at the train stations, as well as easy access to Lyft rides. Parking is available on premises.
