Perfect space for pop-up shops, wellness/health retreats, therapy/treatment rooms, tutoring and/or traditional office space needs. We are typically providing pediatric rehab services. Therefore, the space is very kid friendly, but adult ready. Our space can be utilized to meet a variety of needs. Just let us know how we can help! Location: Office space is housed within an industrial-renovated office building in the city of East Point (neighboring Historic College Park). Walking distance from Main Street Train Station with a FREE, large parking lot with multiple parking spaces. Surrounded in every direction by a variety of great restaurants. Space: Large multi-office space is on ground level, handicap accessible and the first suite on left-hand side upon entry from a covered entrance. There is a large open lobby with clear glass front, mounted t.v. and wood-laminate floors that can be converted for almost anything ie. conference room, massage sessions, exercise room, etc. Restrooms are directly across from entrance of the suite. Beyond the lobby is an open office area with conference table for use. Next is a kitchen space with mounted t.v., 4-seated high boy table, 2 small refrigerators, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven & microwave for use. The remainder of the suite is a long straight corridor housing a total of 12 available inner office rooms. One room is a work lounge with a futon, desks, mounted t.v., high-bar desk and office chairs. One room has a wall mounted & padded treatment table mat that can hold up to 300 pounds (typically used for physical therapy clients). Table mat can be secured to wall to open up room. Availability: Open Lobby (Glass Front), Open Inner Office Area, Kitchen space available: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays Inner office suites available: Upon request pending type of business rental. Rate: Open Lobby(Glass Front) meetings only:$45/hour Weekdays after 7pm, $50/hour Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays. Open Lobby (Glass Front) + Open Inner Office + Kitchen (events): $75-$80/hour Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays Inner Office Suites + Kitchen Access: $45/hour *Be sure to book enough time for setup and cleanup. Time starts when you arrive and ends when clean-up is complete. **10% discount for bookings +8 hours. ***Negotiated discounts for recurring bookings. Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 6:00am-11:00pm Monday through Thursday: Pending Request What we provide: One 8x2 ft. height adjustable table, 10 waiting room chairs, multiple office chairs, smart t.v. access, 1 counter-top table & 4 chairs, 30 folding chairs, a variety of office desks and kid-size desks/tables/chairs, a variety of pediatric/rehabilitative & play therapy equipment/supplies/materials (upon special request). Parking: Free onsite parking. Large. Frequently used for filming crews.
