We have variety of Professional Studio Strobe Lights as well as Continuous Lights. We also have an artificial window and it works perfectly with strobes behind it. The window size: 9'x 8'

The studio has no noise from neighbours, street, and any appliances.

Stairs

There is no space for a loading zone available. The studio is supplied with all necessary equipment, such as professional lighting and furniture.

Fitting room, lounge area.

Our electrical system is good enough to handle all of our equipment. You do not need to bring yours as our space is limited. You can bring only minor things like chargers or so. There are 20 outlets available in the shooting area (110 V and 220 V).

• Damage Deposit of $200 will be put on hold at the time of arrival and returned at check-out if paid by cash. If using other payment methods, your Damage Deposit will be refunded during 3-5 business days. • Video cameras monitor the STUDIO as a security measure. If damages, missing items, leaving the STUDIO late are confirmed, your damage deposit will be held until resolved. • You have access to the Complementary Snack Bar. • Your booking begins the time you book for, no earlier, and ends the time it is booked, no later. Otherwise, you will be charged for another hour. Based on our 16 years' experience in the photography field, our clients usually underestimate their booking time. Please, book responsibly. • We may be facing a tide schedule, and sometimes bookings can be back-to-back. Considering the regular Covid-19 safety procedures, we require a time window to clean and sanitize the workplace for the next client. Please, leave the STUDIO on time. • You will be asked to finish your shooting 10 minutes earlier to clean out the STUDIO. • Please, wear a mask as much as possible. You will protect others, and others will protect you. • Sanitize and wash your hands, disinfect your tools, to keep the environment safe. • You must ensure that the STUDIO is left in its original condition by your departure. Furniture, props, and stuff need to be moved back to their actual places, and clients must place all garbage into garbage cans. Please, put the dishes you used into the dishwasher. Please factor in the time to bring or take out your belongings. • All used stuff that belongs to STUDIO should be placed into our marked boxes after use for further disinfection and cleaning. • The STUDIO offers four parking spots at our driveway, plus free street parking. Entry is on the back of the house from the right side (please, follow the signs). • The outside shoes are not allowed at the STUDIO. We provide you with all sizes of sanitized Crocs. If you want to use your shoes for a photo session, you must thoroughly wipe them down in advance and bring them with you. All shoes can be used in the shooting area only. • Clients must contain all shootings inside the STUDIO. • On-site assistance is mandatory. We will assist you in using any desired equipment. • A fire extinguisher is located in the utility room near the washroom. • If a member of your party comes intoxicated, we reserve the right to ask this person to leave the STUDIO. • Smoking (including recreational drugs), and Alcohol use are not permitted here. • No sexual activity of any kind is permitted. • Well-trained pets are allowed; however, you will be responsible for all mess and damages. • If you want to use a smoke machine, be aware that it could be used only at the end of the day. • If you need to move the Backgrounds, Backdrops, Furniture, please ask an on-site assistant. • If you use Backdrop seamless paper as a floor plane, we charge $5/foot, marked and trimmed. • Please, do not step on the furniture in shoes; it would damage the upholstery. • Please, do not bring candles into the STUDIO unless they have glass coverings. • An open flame, dry ice, sparklers, and other dangerous items are not allowed at the STUDIO. • Coloured, toxic aerosol, other sprays and substances that need proper ventilation are prohibited from being used inside or near the STUDIO. • If you bring confetti, fake snow, feathers, etc., into the STUDIO, please make sure to book extra time for vacuum cleaning. • This STUDIO is not sound-proof and may not be suitable for recording audio. • We are equipped with a Sonos sound system and ask clients to keep music at a level that will not disturb others. • The responsibility for all damage or loss caused to the STUDIO lies with the person who made the booking. • You will need to cover the costs for missing or damaged items before departure. You will be charged for repairs or complete replacement of damaged checked by the owner. • The party booking the STUDIO is responsible for observing these rules as agreed upon at the time of booking. Failure to respect the STUDIO rules, staff or other bookers will immediately terminate. It will be grounds for loss of future access to the STUDIO and/or damage charges.

We will assist you in moving any furniture or decor inside the studio. However nothing can be removed from the building.
